Get your bearings from here so you can
plan the fine detail of your arrival and just as important - how to get
home! Both the start and finish have restrictions for parking and transport
links - particularly at the finish. Ideally, use public transport (click on
the links below) or get dropped off/picked up. You can get to the start by
Bus, Ferry (from Liverpool) and Mersey Rail, though the nearest train stations
may also require a bus journey. Parking and access at the finish at Thurstaston is extremely
difficult. We MAY be able to set aside a field with permission of the land
owner, but the nature of the area leads to problems. We provide a bus link
from Thurstaston back to the start for just £1.20 and we recommend you use
this facility.
